SHIPPING:

  • After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on where you live.
  • We are not responsible for packages left outside by the courriers or packages that may be lost or damaged. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
  • The products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. As the customer, you will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY:

  • All product purchases are final sale! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days after items are received. We will do our best to address your issues.
  • For product rentals - all items must be returned 3 days post scheduled event. If you don't return within that timeframe, you may be subject to a late fee. Out of town customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label for a hassle-free experience.
